Several people said that egg beaters are definitely gluten free.  One
person  indicated that only the refrigerated are gf and not frozen.  A
couple of people said to use eggs and not the chemicals in the egg
beaters!  Some said just use the whites of the eggs.

Also, dry egg replacers were mentioned:  ElPeyto, Ener-G and Glutino.
