Yesterday I talked to Helen van Buren at 209/673-7071. She checked with
chemist and called me back to say all Almaden wines and added natural
flavors are GF.

Tamarind Tree got such good ratings here I picked up several entrees at
Bread & Circus. When it's too hot to cook they are the perfect answer,
and so easy to digest. In fact they're so good it's like the very BEST of
restaurant food.

Also I finally made it to Trader Joe's, where they have a long list of GF
products tending to be organic, low on additives in general, and slightly
lower in price than comparable stuff from supermarket.
