Regarding my question, is Metabolife GF, here are the responses I received:

1 person doesn't know if GF but heard reports on Boston TV station that it's
dangerous.

4 people also want to know it's GF status -- also interested in taking it for
weight loss.

1 person checked it out, is taking it with good results. Lost 15 lbs. and
has increased energy. No problems.

1 person is totally against it because it affects the liver and/or kidneys
and possibly other organs.

1 person commented that the label clearly states "oats" as an ingredient.

So, who knows? Thanks for the responses. Jane in Maryland
