Dear Listmates:

I have a daughter with autistic spectrum disorder who I believe is also a
Celiac. Her blood antibodies were positive, but the biospy was negative.
However, without a GF diet she is symptomatic and her behavior changes
dramatically. Since we cannot watch her suffer with pain, diarrhea and
behavior changes, we have decided to maintain her on a GF diet.

She is a picky eater and we find it a challenge to find items she will
accept. She likes French Toast Crunch and Corn Pops. I know there may be
some cross contamination problems and I noticed that the corn pops have
annatto color. Has anyone had specific problems with these two items
--diarrhea or pain? Her stools were a little loose this weekend and she had
eaten quite a bit of corn pops one day. I also noticed some behavior changes
and more hyperactivity. I would appreciate any experiences --positive or
negative --or other information about these products. Thank you. Kathy
