Re: Sharon's recent posting regarding rice crackers, I had to respond -
YES these are gluten free and a wonderful substitute for any cracker at
this time of year. They are available in shrimp, bbq, sea salt, plain,
etc and taste great. I carry them with me any time I have to travel.
Today my husband and I had to go to a function and everything offered
was pasta or sandwiches so with a bit of cheese I was fine dipping into
my crackers! The ones I buy are available in every grocery store -
really cheap and marked "gluten free" in big letters. Imported by
"Canada: National Importers Ltd., New Westminster B.C., V3M 6K2.
Product of I Lan Foods Industrial Co. Ltd., No. 72, Hsi Ning North Road,
Taipei 103, Taiwan. Tel (02) 25545300.

Enjoy.
