To revisit an old subject.....
The discussion of the gluten status of Coleman's Double Superfine Mustard
Powder has taken many turns over the years (and around the globe), with
labeling proceeding from: "100% Pure Mustard", to an adhesive label affixed
to the top with a "Warning to Wheat Sensitive Persons- May Contain Wheat
Flour", to an ingredient list "Mustard Flour, Wheat Flour" WITHOUT the "100%
Pure" labeling. Now, I just purchased (in the U.S.) a 3 oz. can labeled
"Coleman's Mustard" and "Ingredients: Mustard Flour". The contact phone
number is in the U.K. Does anyone have any information if this product is
now gluten free?

Many thanks to everyone who makes this list such a wonderful resource!!!
