I had read, as many of you may have, that many Thai Kitchen products were
GF. I found some instant rice noodles with a spice packet that said Gluten
free on the package. Hooray! But then I noticed the ingredients listed soy
sauce powder. I wasn't sure if the GF label referred only to the noodles, or
to the entire package, including spice packet. I received an e mail and a
phone call explaining that the soy sauce is GF, and that they will be
changing the packaging to reflect this b/c they have had a lot of calls
about it. Just thought I'd pass it on. Their food is quick and yummy.
