I saw a post a few weeks ago about using potato pancake mix as a substitute
for making gf matzoh balls.  The post listed a recipe on the box of Carmel
potato pancake mix.  They don't sell this brand in my area.  If someone has
it, could they please send it to me?  I'll post it.

It's my first Passover without matzoh balls and I'm desperate.  I've also
thought about getting the Oat Matzoh and grinding it down to matzoh meal
and making them from scratch.  Any idea how much matzoh that would take to
make a cup of matzoh meal?  The oat matzoh is very expensive ($16/lb.).
