Red River Celiacs Gluten Intolerance Group  FARGO, ND is sponsoring a

Gluten Intolerance Education Conference

The conference will feature National speakers and authors, including Dr.
Cynthia Rudert who is a board certified Gastroenterologist practicing in

Atlanta, GA whose practice is mainly celiac patients.  Dr. Rudert lectures
nationally on Celiac Disease and is committed to educating the public and
patients about this commonly missed disorder.

Michelle Melin-Rogovin, Program Director for the University of Chicago
Celiac Disease Program will speak on "Celiac Disease-Separating Fact from
Fiction".

Danna Korn, founder of R.O.C.K. (Raising Our Celiac Kids) from Encinitas,
CA will speak on "Living and Loving the Gluten Free Lifestyle.  Danna Korn
has also published two books on celiac disease.

Dr. Cathy Breedon, a Clinical Nutrition Specialist at Merit Care Medical
Center in Fargo will speak on "'Nutrition Issues in Celiac Disease."
Dietitian CEU's have been approved for the conference.  Space is limited,

This conference is a tremendous opportunity for medical personnel, chefs,
dietitians, school
 officials, day care providers, and anyone with celiac
