This just in from a good speller:  "Actually, it's Lemon Meringue Pie. That 
really is how it's properly spelled."

HA HA HA!  I thought something was still wrong with that word, but believe 
it or not I searched the web for mirange & several recipes with that 
misspelling came up, so I thought it was correct!

What's ironic about the whole thing is, I did misspell it "MIRANGE"  in my 
original post, but someone wrote me asking, "What do you mean by meringe?"  
So I assumed that I'd spelled it that way in my original post!  What a 
comedy of errors!

Thanks to all for the French spelling lessons.  But, can we drop this 
subject?  My inbox is overflowing with spelling corrections!  HA HA HA HA!
