This came around on the HARO (help a reporter out) list today. I thought
maybe someone on this list might be interested. The reporter wants "someone
who has developed an original gluten and/or other allergen-free food
product and is currently working on getting his/her product on the grocery
store shelves".

Best regards
Sue Newell

Summary: Freelance Pitch Gluten/Allergen-Free
Name: Jennifer Funk Freelance Magazine Writer
Category: Lifestyle and Fitness
Email: [log in to unmask]

Media Outlet: Freelance Magazine Writer
Deadline: 7:00 PM CST - 9 November

Query:
I'm looking for someone who has developed an original gluten
and/or other allergen-free food product and is currently working
on getting his/her product on the grocery store shelves.

I need to have sources lined up by November 9.

I DO NOT want already-established companies who have developed
gluten and/or allergen-free products and are already grocery
store vendors. Instead, I am specifically looking for an
individual -- preferably one with a backstory about why such a
product is meaningful to him or her.

Requirements:
Must be a United States resident
Must be a gluten and/or other allergen-free cook

*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
