Here is a revelation I have just made -

I have recently had to stop eating butter(high cholesterol)so I turned
to olive oil which we eat alot of anyway.

I called the Bertolli Co. 1-800-908-9787  site http://www.bertolli.com
and they assured me it was gf, the oil is actually passed thru cotton to
take out any impurities.  Anyway, she sent me a couple of pamphlets, one
of them has an oil conversion chart(how to cook with oil instead of
butter or shortening).  She told me she bakes entirely with olive oil.
I am eager to try it, olive oil being so good for you, makes sense
doesnt it?  They will send you recipes as well.  Ask them to throw in a
couple of coupons............
