Help! Have CFS (6 years), and while can't get a clearly affirmative
diagnosis from lab, doc and I are convinced that wheat/gluten are a
major problem. I am wondering if there are any other CFS patients on
this list who would share their struggles in dealing with wheat/gluten
intolerance or sensitivities. In particular, how do you work with the
mind fog and debilitating exhaustion in the area of food research/making
lists/shopping/cooking. I have been trying to work through this for
years, and find that it is just too much for me. I appreciate any help
and support you could give me.

Gratefully,
Sue Noble
