I just spoke with a representative from Unilever Canada who verified that in 2004, they began updating all their ingredient labels to identify 'gluten' [WRBO] and the eight major allergens. If the product contains any of these ingredients, it will be shown on the label; e.g. natural flavouring [dairy, soy]  or  [contains wheat and egg].

They have sent me 5 one-dollar off coupons good for the following brands:

red rose, knorr, lipton, ragu, skippy, imperial, salada, I can't believe its not butter, hellmann's, becel, slim-fast, bertolli, blue bonnet, fleischmann's
