According to the UK Coeliac Society, Sharwoods "Ready to Eat Puppodums" both
plain and spiced are gluten free. I enjoy them. The packet states gluten
free (in small print). Sharwoods do some other products that aren't gluten
free, but I think they mention wheat flour in the ingredients. The Ready to
Eat Puppodums come in a transparent plastic box with a film lid.

Caution: Products may contain different ingredients when sold in different
countries. (Although hopefully in this case it is unlikely)
