Thanks to all the folks who sent me the names of GF bleu cheese salad =
dressings!
We have Lite House www.litehousefoods.com/html/products-faq.html#q2
Boar's Head, Marie's, and Kraft. I was told that Kraft will list all =
gluten if any, if it is not listed,
than it should be gluten free. Whole Foods has a Bleu Cheese Dressing =
that is marked
"Gluten Free" on the back. Someone else said Whole Foods also has one =
that is called
365 Bleu Cheese Dressing in the refrigerated salad section.
In Colorado they have a bleu cheese from Denmark called Rosenburg. You =
can
make your own using nonfat plain yogurt, with a touch of low fat mayo, =
fresh pepper and
some lemon to taste.
Apparently there is a Martin Brothers Bleu Cheese Dressing made by =
Sisters and Brothers, Inc.
Their address is P.O. Box 1686, Austin Texas, 78767; or =
www.freshdressings.com<http://www.freshdressings.com/>.
                                                            Thanks =
again, Ann
