Freshly baked gluten-free Montreal-style bagels can be obtained from
De-Ro-Ma Food Intolerance Centre in Laval, Quebec. I have a stash in my
freezer, they are delicious, although I confess that I don't no longer
remember what regular bagels taste like. As far as I know, they will do
mail order anywhere in Canada or the USA, but I'm not sure about the rest
of the world.
