Walmart has two brands of 18 quart roasters that each can cook a large
turkey or ham -- Nesco & GE. If I remember correctly the GE brand was
around $30. I bought the Nesco brand for my mother-in-law 5 years ago for
$85, so the price has really come down. These huge roasters are wonderful
for cooking large things & freeing up your oven. They also are good for
keeping large quantities of food warm like a crock pot. The only problem
with them is, a turkey doesn't brown up as attractively as in a conventional
oven, but the turkey tastes just as good. ~Valerie in Tacoma
