Thanks for the responses and willingness to help.  So far, no one knows of
a group working to change labels on products.  A couple people suggested
the labels state included ingredients, not excluded ones.  Example
"CONTAINS INGREDIENTS FROM CORN, SOY, PEANUTS, WHEAT",etc.  That seems the
way to go.

David in the UK is working on getting a European group together to lobby
the European parliament.

Renee' suggested asking if anyone if familiar with the FDA process.

Next, I'll contact all the celiac and allergy groups.
