Has anyone else had the experience of being glutenized when eating more
than one serving of a purchased gluten free item?

Not long ago I shopped and saw gluten free items that I had not eaten for a
long time and went overboard, I admit. When I got home, I had a muffin
with my supper and afterwards had two pieces of the cake I had also
purchased. Within an hour, I had all the symptoms of being glutenized. I
looked at all the labels again and examined the kitchen, trying to find out
how I had ingested gluten. The only thing I can think of is by eating 3
portions of purchased food that somehow although individually they probably
did not go over 20 ppm allowed gluten, together these items did.

I will be much more careful of what I purchase and not to eat too much
regardless of how hungry I might be.
