Regarding Casey's post that since going gluten-free the reactions have
become worse:
I had the same experience when I was diagnosed 18 years ago. Reactions to
accidental gluten ingestion got more severe, and so did food allergy
reactions. After a couple of years, when my system had healed somewhat,
my sensitivity decreased. Now, most reactions I get to anything are more
inconvenience than disaster. Hang in there: things will improve.
