I cannot have gluten or dairy/casein.  It is very hard to fulfill the void of 
pizza.  A few times I tried Amy's Rice Crust Spinach Pizza.  After eating it I get 
instant headaches and gas.  Does anyone else with gluten/dairy restrictions 
eat this and do they have any issues?  After being on this diet for 5 months I 
did not think I was allergic to soy but maybe that is starting to irritate my 
body as well.  Any feedback is appreciated.  Thanks
