I offer a small suggestion regarding bread .

For bread machines reduce the yeast to a SCANT half teaspoon, (yes teaspoon,
NOT tablespoon) The bread will hardly rise until the baking begins.
Incidentally, I use Dietary Specialties brown bread mix.   Takes about  half
a minute to dump into the machine and push the start button.

Another good bread is  the new ANDI Wunderbread from Miss Roben's (No
financial connection here)  but I have to use loaf pans since the batter is
to stiff for my machine.  Also, their biscuit mix  is very good.
