Hello Listmates,
I am a biopsy diagnosed Celiac and have been gluten free for 7 months so I
am still new at this.
I suffer from panic attacks. I have been able to keep them under control
with out medication. I do breathing exercise and mostly talk to myself until
it is gone. Since I have gone gluten free the attacks have been reduced by
90%.
Has anyone had this same reaction? I am not trying to pin CD as the culprit
to everything but I am happy with the attacks decreasing.
