Hi all,

I thought I saw a posting within the past few months which said to avoid
magnesium stearate in vitamins. I searched the archives, but I could not
find the posting I'm thinking about -- nor much of anything "negative"
about magnesium stearate.

My questions is this:
Magnesium stearate is listed as an ingredient in many vitamins and
supplements -- should it be avoided?

FYI, I am specifically asking about magnesium stearate. I am already aware
of the maltodextrin "issues".

Thanks for your help,
Janet
