My upper endoscopy showed an inflamed duodenum. Is the inflammation of the
duodenum a typical (I know there is no standard with Celiac Disease)
symptom? If there is anyone out there who knows or has experienced this
symptom, does the inflammation of the duodenum heal faster or slower than
the damaged villi? In other words, can there be some absorption going on
while the inflammation still exists? Thanks.
