I bought several packages of their sundried tomatoes and noticed that
they also have garlic products packed in oil. To be certain thy were
gluten free I called and asked if there was any wheat, barley, oats or
rye used anywhere in the processing. They not on;ly assured me that
there wasn't but sent 2 emails stating that there isn't any used
anywhere in their products and that the citric aicd they use is made
from either sweet or wood potatoes and the vegetable oil is a blend of
100% soybean oil and 100% extra virgin olive oil. I use the tomatoes in
pasta sauces, stews, soups and homemade salad dressings; the garlic
products are handy to keep around instead of peeling the fresh all the
time.
