Here's the website of a totally gluten-free restaurant and bakery that
opens this weekend in Denver. I stopped by today and had my first
freshly made Belgian waffle in five years. Yum! And I stayed long
enough to have a taste of their fresh, crusty bread just out of the
oven. The best thing is that the restaurant will have prices comparable
to other breakfast and lunch cafes. No more outrageous prices for safe
and healthy food!
