WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A GLUTEN FREE-ABSOLUTELY! RESTAURANT?
The White Chocolate Grill's gluten-free menu has been through extensive checking and verification on the gluten-free status of menu item ingredients. Everything checked out perfectly! Also, much time was spent reviewing cross-contamination awareness in preparation and delivery. Another A-OK there. In addition, The White Chocolate Grill has included information about gluten-free food ingredients, preparation, and service in their staff training manual, and all staff are tested for comprehension. The White Chocolate Grill is totally on-board and has this gluten-free menu consultant's 2-thumbs up! : ))

Executive Chefs Robert Kabakoff and Bobby Fitzgerald are not only extremely supportive of the gluten-free community's needs, but also very excited about cooking gluten-free! In fact, due to the tremendous popularity of their pumpkin pie video on You-tube, they will be posting more gluten-free recipes on their blog at <http://thewhitechocolategrill.wordpress.com>  I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to come up with more gluten-free cooking demonstrations on You-tube, as well.
