the last two series and the overwhelming response is that the lectures,
demos of cooking grains and the group support have been really

 Weight Management on the Gluten-Free Diet

 

Tuesdays: August 14, 21, 28 and  September 4, 2007

 

Location: Wild Oats, Medford

Time: 6:45 - 8:15pm

 

 4-week series of classes dedicated to weight loss and weight management
on the gluten free diet, including:

 

*  Healthy gluten free cooking demos and taste sampling

*  Guided store tours during class

*  Lessons on portion sizes, healthy fats, fiber, nutrients specific to
celiac disease, activity...

*  Individualized attention to your gluten free diet from a celiac
dietitian

*  Food journal analysis

*  Recipes, gluten free resources, product sampling in class.

 

Class size: 12 person maximum; 6 person minimum

$120 per 4 -week series (no insurance accepted)
