I tried to reply directly to Glenda S. Tyler with information I had
received on the gluten status of Kozy Shack Flan but my message was
returned so I am replying to the group. Incidentally, I had also asked
them to consider adding Vanilla Pudding to their puddings supplied to
Texas. Last week I was in Whole Foods in San Antonio & was surprised &
pleased to find Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding.

deliciously prepared pudding desserts.

All of our desserts are prepared with the finest of ingredients, loving care
and an old-fashioned, homemade flavor.

In answer to your question, all of our products are gluten free with the
exception of our flan creme caramel.  On our website the gluten free status
of our products can be found under Related Links/Celiac Support Page.

Unfortunately, our vanilla pudding is not available in your area at the
present time.  However, we will forward your letter to our Retail Sales
Manager for review.
