I noticed an article in the newest November 2000 issue of Mayo Clinc
Health Letter on "Celiac Disease, How to Manage Gluten Intolerance."

Actually this article is a good overview of gluten intolerance, but it
does not really give many details into the "managing" aspects except
quite generally.

Again, I have to give credit to Dr. Joe Murray and Dr. John Shafner,
GI's on board now at the Mayo Clinic.  Thanks!
