Hi all,

In recipes I some time see _Brown rice flour_  used.

Here in Amsterdam, Holland that is unknown and
not being sold.  There is white colored rice flower
that may be made from "complete" rice - not "polised"
also complete with all vitamines B - and the flour from
polished rice.

 What is the difference between brown and white rice?
