Greetings All

Thought some of you might be interested in the book "A Consumer's Dictionary
of Food Additives" by Ruth Winter, M.S. Ive noticed people asking about
sulfites, FD and C colors etc. The book contains definitions of ingredients
and additives found in most foods. It does not say if an additive contains
gluten, however, it does give info on what kind of reaction (if any) is
associated with what additive etc. I bought my copy awhile back, and I
think I paid around $15.00. Im not able to eat foods that contain additives
of any kind any more but Ive found the book useful when others have asked
about an ingredient.
