Dear Listmates,
I have been having a gluten reaction but I know that my supplement from the
Vitamin Shoppe says no gluten, milk, soy, yeast, etc. It is the
calcium/magnesium/Vit D supplement. I have been doing some investigation of
ingredients and it says the magnesium is aspartate. Does anyone know if it is
like aspartame coz I get a reaction to it too just like a gluten reaction.
Needless to say, I am discontinuing it. I was taking each supplement
separately and thought I could combine them. Thanks in advance for your help
and knowledge.
