I want to thank everyone, again, for all of the great information that was 
sent to me regarding gluten-free items that kids like!  I especially want 
to thank the 'ROCK' groups that responded with wonderful prepared lists 
for Parents of Celiac kids.
In the last summary that I sent about this, I referenced a 'zip' (requires 
Winzip) file that has several of these forms included plus the one I 
constructed from the emails sent to me from all of you.  The form I 
created is named 'Gluten-Free, Kid Friendly Shopping List'.  This packet
