I forgot to mention that we tend to stay away from corn too, so corn tortillas and cornstarch breads don't work for us.  Unfortunately we have a lot of the main food intolerances.  A lot of the mixes have corn which is why I am looking for something that I can make.  Someone suggested that I use baking soda or powder instead of yeast in mixes and that sounds great to me.  Anyone have a recipe like that that has been successful?  I will summarize when the replies all come in.
