Hi,
Here's an easy one I think. What would be an ideal first book to read for
someone newly diagnosed with Celiac? I know of someone who has just been
diagnosed but who is not online. I would think she could benefit from a
book that would include an overview of the illness and not just recipe
information. Do the Hagman books cover this? I would sincerely appreciate
hearing any recommendations you might share.
Thank you,
Pat
