I miss the Dakota Lakes Gourmet Coating (out of North Dakota) for chicken
and fish.  I realize the owner closed his business.  I searched for it once
and a lady responded that they were buying the business.   I have not heard
any more about it and that was probably 2 years ago.  I lot contact with
her.  Does anyone know if this coating is available through another source?
