1.  Updates to the recipes files and the following new files are now
available by sending in the body of an email the appropiate command to:
 
[log in to unmask]
 
Please note that the correct address for these commands is NOT the
List address for messages ([log in to unmask])
 
2.  These two files contain recipes as submitted to the List during the
month of March.
 
GET CELIAC RECIPEU CELIAC
GET CELIAC BREADMU CELIAC
 
If you do not have the files containing previous recipes, they are
available as a set by sending this to the LISTSERV
(do not submit the previous GET commands):
 
GET RECIPE PACKAGE CELIAC
 
3.  Addresses and phone numbers for US companies is now available in
several files, as follows:
 
MFGUS  PACKAGE  (The set of manufactuers files
CELIAC MFGUS-A  (Manufacturers with names in the range: A through I
CELIAC MFGUS-B  (Manufacturers with names in the range: J through R
CELIAC MFGUS-C  (Manufacturers with names in the range: S through Z
 
Since these are new files, most subscribers will desire to obtain all
three files by sending this command to the LISTSERV:
 
GET MFGUS PACKAGE CELIAC
 
Similar information is available in this file for Canadian companies,
although it is a few weeks old.
 
GET CELIAC MFGCA CELIAC
 
These files will assist everyone in determining the status of ingredients.
Since ingredients change, it is critical that you request timely
information about a product as it pertains to your personal diet
requirements.
 
4.  For information on other Celiac reference files available from the
LISTSERV, the appropiate command to obtain the file names is:
