I'm considering purchasing a Whisper Mill.  Would anybody who has one
please answer a couple of questions for me.

How you like it?

Does the flour (rice in particular) works the same in recipes as the
processed (rice) flour?  I'm concerned about it not being as fine
therefore not turning out the same in recipes.
