Summary of recent trip:

Cheesecake Factory at Caesars-  Grilled Chicken Medallions and mashed
potatoes and Lemon Herb roasted chicken.  contact either Pam Johnson ore
Linda Osmundsen at 702-792-6888 at explain you need a gluten/wheat free
diet. Both are knowledgeable and helpful.

Chinois at Caesars-  Have many GF items due to a special bottle of wheat-
free soy sauce.  Contact Amy Richardson at 702-737-9700.  She is
knowledgeable and helpful.

Buzio's at the Rio Hotel-  great oysters rockefeller and cioppino.
