Went to the Outback Steakhouse in Maplewood MN (outside St. Paul) last night and had a great meal - steak & veggie griller and substituted a baked potato for the seasoned rice.  Very accomodating staff and owner (Steve).  This was my first attempt since being diagnosed to go out to a restaurant, and it was successful!  Didn't have room for dessert, however...
