A friend asked me to try a new reduced fat peanut butter and I reflexely
looked at the label first....Skippy's Reduced Fat PB has "Maltodextrin"
to replace the fat.
 
Is this a malt product with some gluten in it?  I think I knew at one
time but have forgotten.  Any help with this?
