Fermipan yeast is a brand name from gist brocades.The yeast is made in the
UK. It is grown on a particular potatostarch. Rapid rising yeast is the
double acting yeast where you require only one leavening,as well you can
add the yeast directly into the dry mix or dough,basically elimenating the
foaming stage. Fermipan yeast is also sometimes called eagle brand. If you
