Hi All,
 
I found this web site with LOTS of fun birthday cake ideas.  Of course none of the recipes are gluten-free but those recipes could be substituted for a Ruby Range Mix or any favorite recipe that holds up well then follow the decorating directions.   If you need help converting let me know and I'll see if I can assist.
 
I want to make the burger for my grand kids who don't eat wheat.
