Hello all,
With all the people with out food or shelter in the south due to
Hurricane Katrina I started wondering if the red cross and other
relief groups that are going down and handing out food...well what
about the celiacs? I mean my family hasn't gone thru anything like
this since Celiac entered our lives, so what provisions are there for
celiacs in these situations. I was wondering if there are gluten free
companies willing to donate to the relief efforts? Not being in the
best financial situation myself I can't do much other then write and
call people but I was wondering if others who can help would be
willing? Maybe even a donation to groups willing to send this to the
poor hurrican victims. I am going to start calling companies and I ask
others to do the same.
Thanks
Hillary
