Thanks to all who replied to my inquiry about the GF status of Soy Dream soy beverages.

The responses varied. Most said they believed it has been GF for some time, had been drinking it for years, and had no adverse reactions to Soy Dream beverages. However, one person said it contains barley from a wash.

I went ahead and consumed it and, to my chagrin, had some stomach discomfort the next day. This happened every time I tried it over a two week period. I'm not sure whether this was a full-on gluten reaction, but it certainly wasn't pleasant. I consume soy regularly with no ill effects, so I know my reaction to Soy Dream wasn't simply a problem with soy.

Confused,

Michael in DC.
