Dear Tyrailia

Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry!

Yes Red Bull is completely gluten free, here is some more information
about what is in our product. RED BULL Energy Drink vitalizes the mind
and body. A non-alcoholic bevera ge, Red Bull is made using a special
blend of ingredients - Taurine, Glucur onolactone, water, carbohydrates,
caffeine, vitamins and flavors. Develope d especially for periods of
exertion, Red Bull's benefit may include increa sed overall performance
and mental abilities.

Rumors have been circulating that Taurine is derived from bulls
testicles. This is absolutely UNTRUE!!! The word Taurine is derived from
the Latin w ord Taurus which means "bull". Taurine was first discovered
in Bulls, henc e it was given the name after them. It is now a
scientifically known fact that Taurine is also present in Humans. It is
a conditionally essential am ino acid, and is also found in beef,
poultry and seafood. At times of extr eme physical exertion, the body no
longer produces the required amounts of Taurine, and a relative
deficiency results. Taurine acts as a metabolic tr ansmitter and
additionally has a detoxifying effect and strengthens cardiac
contractility. One can of Red Bull contains 1000 mg of Taurine.

Red Bull also contains Glucuronolactone, which is a natural substance
found in your body that accelerates the elimination of harmful
substances. When your body is under increased stress, or fatigue, the
level of Glucuronolac tone in your body may be reduced. Therefore, an
additional supplement of G lucuronolactone from, for example, Red Bull,
may be useful in restoring you r body's reserves. Red Bull also contains
glucose, sucrose and B-complex v itamins, such as pantothenic acid (B5).

People have long recognized that caffeine increases alertness. It is
estim ated that world consumption of caffeine is about 120,000 tons per
year! Ex actly how much caffeine is in one can of Red Bull? About 80
mg., which is about equivalent to the amount of caffeine in one cup of
the "leaded" varie ty of coffee. Red Bull should be consumed based on
the needs of your own bo dy. If you do not drink coffee, teas, or sodas
containing caffeine, you ma y be more sensitive caffeine.

Hope this helps answer your questions!

Have a soaring day!
