Hi!

At the vendor fair in Baltimore on Sunday, we picked up a packet of Mayacamas
Dark Mushroom Soup mix. It says gluten free on the front of the package,
however, in the ingredient list, it mentions hydrolyzed wheat, with a note at the
bottom that says, "Gluten Removed/Elisa tested." Does anyone have experience
with this product or seen such a listing before on foods that they are
confident are gluten free? I have a call in to the manufacturer and am waiting to hear
back.
